Memory feature to store the daily readings. Bright display easy to read. Only thing I would prefer is AA batteries, not AAA batteries that have less operating life. Uses 4 AAA batteries. I'd buy it again based on my recent use of this product.

The cuff has directions with a diagram to follow — it shows which arm to use and how to accurately put it on your arm. The cuff itself has a red strip which shows where the brachial artery should align for an accurate reading.
The monitor is simple with 2 buttons: start/stop and memory (where you can see past readings and sync). The screen is simple and easy to understand, showing results with pulse and using color codes (green = good, yellow = high normal, orange flashing = Hypertension 1, red = Hypertension 2, red flashing = Hypertension 3). This color-code is a game changer for people who don’t interpret numbers easily.
This is a one-user monitor — one negative — but there is a workaround: the app lets you select which readings to save, so if someone else uses it you can delete that reading and keep your history clean. The app can create reports (export as PDF) and share via email/text or upload to a patient portal. The manual is useful and the app is simple.

Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2025 | Verified PurchaseThe unit is easy to use and the Bluetooth is a bonus. Thanks to the app, data is saved, synced with Apple Health, and easily exported as a spreadsheet. Readings seem accurate and consistent.
My gripe: the device display color-coding and the official iHealth app use different BP guideline standards (device uses European Society of Cardiology guidelines; app uses American Heart Association). The app’s historical reading colors do not match the device display nor the manual’s chart. It would be better if everything synchronized or the app offered a setting to choose the guideline.
In the end, the actual readings are what matter for your doctor, not the differing arbitrary guideline color codes.
